IDEC is a training and consulting company. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation, and development of ICT solutions for both private and public sector. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies of a wide variety of sectors. IDEC activities are adjusted to the spirit of open and sustainable and accessible education for all.
IDEC organises in-service training courses for teachers and trainers, study visits and informal learning activities for students in initial education and training. IDEC also provides training courses and work placements for students in vocational training and people in the labor market.

Project management and research experience include partnership within various EU-funded projects, including Erasmus+. The Bayenwerft Kunsthaus Rhenania e.V. network was founded in 1987 with the aim of maintaining and improving working conditions for professional artists. Our mission is to strengthen the international communication and understanding by using art in different communicative aspects. We support artistic events, performing exhibitions, concerts, dance and theater projects, and are being increasingly engaged in cooperation with academic and industry sector. Together we reflect upon relevant social, economic and political phenomena and present them to different stakeholders with live performance techniques.
